It’s the heartbeat of my business and is relevant to virtually all women. It’s designed to bring you back home to your body, with your pelvic and core health at the centre of all we do.

Strong to the Core is the class I’ve always wanted to teach and combines years of elite sport, extensive PT training, and a deep knowledge of women’s health. This is a full body workout created to get results with group support. My goal is to help you move with confidence, for life.
Holistic Core Restore® Heat | Group Class
Welcome to Heat – there will be no star jumps, burpees, planks or crunches – but we will sweat. Heat is a ‘no-jump’ workout that will truly hit all the fat loss markers, jump start your metabolism and keep you burning calories for hours after the exercise session.
Holistic Core Restore® Every Woman | 1:1
Every Woman (1:1) is a six week personal programme which focuses on pelvic floor, core strength, nutrition and women’s wellness. It’s designed specifically for women struggling with symptoms who need extra one to one support to help them improve their pelvic floor strength and overall health.
Strong to the Core | 1:1
All my experience of elite sport, extensive PT training and a deep knowledge of women’s health are thrown into the pot on this one and failure is not an option. I will provide you with the knowledge you need to get fit, change your eating habits and take control back of you.
Holistic Core Restore® Diastasis | 1:1
This is a safe and effective programme, designed specifically for new mums. I can start to work with you after your six week check and help you to reconnect with your pelvic floor, help reduce your tummy gap and start to lay a strong, supportive foundation on which to build form and fitness.
Strong with Baz | Online
This is a 14 week online course designed to create strong, resilient women (who of course don’t have time to get to 5 yoga classes and 10 bootcamp sessions a week!). It’s the result of years of sport, coaching and studying, which has helped me understand what women really need in a workout.
