In the Workplace

Inspiring, empowering and educating women in the workplace to take control of their own health

Health and Fitness Coach, Baz Moffat and GP, Dr Bella Smith, have joined forces to create a formidable duo, delivering expert knowledge and advice in the field of women’s health.

Baz and Bella are both passionate about reaching out to busy women to provide honest medical information and holistic exercise and lifestyle advice, helping them to take control of their body and to embrace life.

With over 20 years of experience in each of their respective fields and, as working mums with young children, Baz and Bella fully understand the hectic demands of juggling work and family life and how women often place their health low down on the priority list.

Together, the pair have combined their extensive experience and knowledge to deliver a series of educational and empowering workshops focusing on the menopause and women’s health, which provide a fantastic opportunity for women to learn more about their bodies in a relaxed and open environment.

Menopause 101 is a 90minute workshop aimed at women 35 years + who want to understand more about the perimenopause and menopause. They also deliver a manager’s version of the workshop so that everyone within the organisation is educated and empowered to create an atmosphere in which menopausal women can be the best versions of themselves.  These hugely popular workshops cover what everyone needs to know about this inevitable life stage. Baz and Bella are available to deliver this and additional bespoke women’s health workshops to:

  • Corporates
  • Women’s groups
  • Sports clubs
  • GP Surgeries
  • Schools

If you’re interested in booking Baz and Bella as guest speakers or to present a workshop at your organisation, contact us to talk through your requirements.

Corporate Testimonials

“Being acquainted with Baz was not only eye opening, inspiring and thought provoking but it provided a team of experienced and well educated trainers with more knowledge and information about women’s health and the pelvic floor muscles in a two hour workshop than in their individual 10 plus years in the wellbeing industry. Baz’s spark for delivering, what is long overdue for women all over the world, is not only a necessity in so many industries, it is life changing for all women, everywhere.”
