Menopause is an inevitable life stage for all us women and as we start to talk about it, share our experiences and increase our understanding of it, we also increase our options to manage the symptoms, including the use of exercise and the benefits that being active can bring. But what happens if you hate exercise, or like the idea of exercise but have no idea where to start, or don’t feel confident enough?
