I did an interview last month with the brilliant Peppy Health to talk about getting back to exercise after giving birth.

We’re all so different; different bodies, different pregnancies, different births, so even though the norm in the UK seems to going back to exercise after the six week GP check, it’s important to take a more personalised, holistic approach.

The journalist was fabulous and let me waffle on about the importance of Women’s Health Physios, how one rule doesn’t fit all, and investing in yourself.
