I have dreamt of doing a retreat for the last couple of years and have now found the perfect place for us to relax, workout, and refill our cups just over an hour away from London.

Runcton Manor in Chichester is a gorgeous, refurbished family home with an outdoor heated pool (I have checked that the heating will still be on) where you can spend 48 hours (Friday – Sunday) with other women and without your children, refuelling and focusing on you.

I’ve designed the programme so that we can work hard with some interval HIIT sessions and also stretch and mobilise with yoga (I’m getting a wonderful yoga teacher in for this bit)

There is going to be nothing extreme about this retreat – no super early starts, lots of time to read / walk / do nothing and nurturing organic, vegetarian nutrition (but not super healthy so that you feel like you’ve eaten loads and are still starving)

I’m basically going to look after you for 48 hours and it would be fantastic if you could join me.
