Strong with Baz
Strong with Baz is the class I’ve always wanted to teach and combines years of elite sport, extensive PT training, and a deep knowledge of Women’s Health, with my own personal experience of being a 40 year old Mum of two boys.
My goal is to help women to be able to move with confidence no matter what life stage they are at, and my classes will challenge you by using weights, agility ladders, med balls etc and also be super motivational as you’ll be working out with a group of wonderful women which is always awesome!
It goes without saying that this is not an entry level class. I will pre-screen everyone who joins, to make sure that this is the right fit for you, and if it isn’t, don’t worry, I’ll have plenty of other course options to help get you where you want to be.
