Strong with Baz is designed to help you build a strong and resilient body that will last you a lifetime. It will be intense, but in the right way; training women so that they feel awesome, but not so intensely that it causes more harm than good!!

You can expect to work hard, have fun, lie down, breathe thoughtfully, and feel brilliant! It’s the ultimate all inclusive workout and I’d love for you to join me!

Strong with Baz is the class I’ve always wanted to teach and combines years of elite sport, extensive PT training, and a deep knowledge of Women’s Health, with my own personal experience of being a 40 year old Mum of two boys.

My goal is to help women to be able to move with confidence no matter what life stage they are at, and my classes will challenge you by using weights, agility ladders, med balls etc and also be super motivational as you’ll be working out with a group of wonderful women which is always awesome!

It goes without saying that this is not an entry level class. I will pre-screen everyone who joins, to make sure that this is the right fit for you, and if it isn’t, don’t worry, I’ll have plenty of other course options to help get you where you want to be.

This is a 12 week online course designed to create strong, resilient women (who of course don’t have time to get to 5 yoga classes and 10 bootcamp sessions a week!). It’s the result of years of sport, coaching and studying, which has helped me understand what women really need in a workout.

This is what I now know: we need intensity, but not too much. We need to move brilliantly – without pain for sure, but even more than that; exercise should feel good, really good. We need to breathe – for our pelvic health and general well being. We need to do new and challenging things. We need to do impact and weight bearing exercises. We need to belong. We need short and efficient workouts which can be done anywhere.

All of this has resulted in a new workout programme which is fabulous as a stand along programme but also works in combination with my live classes, which really will challenge your body and mind in ways you would not expect. I can’t wait to get started with you!
