Welcome to Summer Shorts; 8 weeks of super short workouts to keep you fit and strong over the summer.
I love summer – but it’s so hard to be active; not only does childcare disappear but exercise classes and buddies all take a break as well. Which is why I’ve come up with a programme to keep you active. The workouts can be done anywhere, at anytime and with no equipment – each session is less than 15 minutes with plenty to choose from, including:
- Interval work
- Down training
The course will also include access to a closed Facebook group so everyone can support each other as we go.
