Summer Shorts is 8 weeks of super short workouts to keep you fit and strong over the summer. The workouts can be done anywhere, at anytime and with no equipment – each session is less than 15 minutes with plenty to choose from, including: HIIT, interval work, core, stretching, down training. The course will also include access to a closed Facebook group so everyone can support each other as we go.
